Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in regulatory and litigation roles, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
• Juris Doctor from a top tier law school.
• Membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong knowledge of global financial regulations, including payments, securities, anti-money laundering, and consumer protection laws.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its regulatory landscape is a plus.
