Senior Counsel, Infrastructure

At Fluidstack, we're building the infrastructure for abundant intelligence. We're working with urgency to make AGI a reality. As Senior Counsel, Infrastructure, you will help develop the infrastructure that will make AGI a reality while building a Legal Department from the ground up.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree or international equivalent
• Active license to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction, with ability to meet admission requirements as needed
• 8–12 years of sophisticated experience as a practicing attorney, with fluency in areas directly relevant to data center development, including leasing, energy, and supply chain and procurement
• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with sophisticated counterparties, with a high degree of autonomy and a commercially pragmatic approach
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations and to anticipate and address complex legal and business issues with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to earn the trust of business partners as a go-to legal and business advisor
• Strong ability to manage outside counsel across substantive disciplines with rigor and efficiency
