Job Description
ToolsGroup is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support demand generation and sales development efforts across EMEA, following up on inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting to book qualified meetings for the sales team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a BDR/SDR, ideally in SaaS or technology
- Fluent English, and Fluent Spanish or Fluent Italian (Spanish + Italian is a strong plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling
- Highly organized and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Ability to work standard EMEA business hours
