Job Description
We are looking for a Product Design Lead to join our team at Top Hat, where you'll work across the entire design process and collaborate with other designers and senior product managers on our growing team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a product designer (or similar role)
- Full experience of the design process: from shipping to stakeholder management
- Good intuition for visual design and knowledge of typography/colour/spacing
- Excitement about designing accessible products and familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA
- Experience maintaining design systems and initiative beyond your role
