Job Description
We are looking for a Chief of Staff (m/w/d) with Post-Merger-Integration (PMI) experience for a leading company in the field of Microsoft Cloud- and Hosting Solutions in the DACH region. As Chief of Staff, you will report directly to the CEO and work at the interface between strategy, operational business, and organization.
Requirements
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects with a focus on Post-Merger-Integration (PMI)
- Steer the integration workstreams, track progress, manage risks, and ensure cross-functional coordination
- Create executive briefings, analyses, presentations, and decision-making documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Design and develop CEO routines, leadership cadences, reporting, and control structures further
- Act as a central interface between the CEO, Leadership Team, shareholders, partners, and other stakeholders
