Customer Credit Representative

The Customer Credit Representative will provide excellent customer service regarding account reconciliation and payment services. This role focuses on proactively building relationships with customers, resolving disputes, and managing delinquent accounts through a systematic collection process. The role involves collecting on portfolios and maintaining good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Three - five years of accounts receivable/credit and collections experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work in a non-structured, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work nights and weekends (rotating schedule)
• Experience with a payment portal
