Our client is a seasoned law firm looking for a skilled attorney with a focus on Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, and Estate Planning. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of execution and be responsible for creating positive outcomes across varying assignments.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate and active bar licensure
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning, commercial litigation, estate planning, corporate law, trusts, and construction law
• Experience working with family businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and private businesses
• Extensive knowledge in corporate structures, construction law, and estate planning
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical & negotiation skills
• Strong ability to do legal research and maintain a high level of organization
• Strong written, verbal, and communication skills
• Strong moral character, executive presence, and professional demeanor
