Job Description
Technical Account Manager position at an IT and Voltage Services provider with expertise in niche education, real estate, and construction markets. Responsibilities include owning client relationships, building trust, and driving growth. 1-3 years of experience in tech industry, preferably in MSP environment, required. Salary $120,000 + Commission Structure (Based on experience).
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the tech industry, ideally within an MSP environment
- Background in account management, consultative sales, or roles involving client-facing responsibilities
- Technical understanding of IT solutions (Microsoft 365, networking, servers)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and organized, able to manage priorities and drive results
