Workday Project Manager (Mexico)

TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm looking for a Workday Project Manager who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements

• Workday Project Management certification
• Fluent in English
• 2+ years’ experience project managing concurrent Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprise organizations with a Workday partner firm
• Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs
• B1/B2 travel visa
• Experience using project management tools, Smartsheet
• Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations
