Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager - Germany to join our team and drive growth in the German market by strengthening long-term partnerships, securing competitive cashback rates, and optimizing commercial placements. As a trusted commercial point of contact, you will be responsible for the German merchant portfolio and build strong relationships with affiliate networks, agencies, and merchants.

Requirements

• Fluent German skills (mother tongue or conversational) as well as fluent English skills
• At least 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or performance-oriented account management
• Proven experience in negotiating commissions and commercial placements with measurable success
• Strong communication and relationship skills, as well as the ability to manage key accounts independently
• Experience in leading or supporting junior team members is an asset
• Self-sufficient, proactive working style and comfortable with remote work models
