Job Description
TopCompare is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive performance and coach a team of sales agents. This role involves managing team performance, coaching, motivating, and improving customer interaction within a customer-centric financing solution provider. It's a 20% time commitment to calls, with the remaining time spent on coaching, development, and improving process.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales (call center, credit, insurance, telecom)
- Top performer or team lead experience
- Fluency in French (Danish or English)
- Proficiency in CRM, numbers, and team management
