The Topcon Dealer Sales Manager for Latin America is responsible for managing and growing the dealer network for surveying instruments and related geomatics/construction solutions across the LATAM region. This role focuses on strategic channel development, sales execution, market expansion, and ensuring dealer excellence in representing the companyâs full product portfolio.
Requirements
- Recruit, onboard, and develop highâperforming dealers across Latin America.
- Establish yearly dealer business plans, including revenue targets, marketing actions, and product focus.
- Achieve regional sales targets for surveying instruments and geomatics/construction solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and dealer documentation.
- Manage travel, budgets, and dealer program expenditures responsibly.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally with marketing, customer service, logistics, and technical support.
- Deliver product and sales training to dealer teams (in Spanish).
- Monitor regional market trends, competitive activities, and customer demands.
