Job description
The Solutions Architect – Academy supports the global deployment, operational consistency, and technical enablement of Toptracer Range solutions. This role partners with regional Solutions Architects and Technical Operations teams to deliver standardized guidance, documentation, and repeatable solution patterns.
Support global solution design activities, act as a technical sounding board for regional Solutions Architects, participate in cross-functional projects, develop and maintain Academy knowledge resources, and assist with operational improvement initiatives.
We believe you have experience in a technical support, implementation, systems engineering, or adjacent customer-facing technical role, strong communication skills, and a structured and methodical approach to problem-solving.
