Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-suite member
- Experience using electronic calendaring, communication, presentation, reporting, and travel booking tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and strong time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information with impartiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to use verbal and written communication to build trust and strong relationships
