Job Description
The Accounts Receivable & Accounting Coordinator is responsible for accounting and finance activities related to billing and collections, TTC intercompany reconciliation, business to business customer billing, bank and credit card fees reconciliation, loss revenue compensation and preparation of audit schedules. This role requires a strong communicator and natural business partner who can liaise with various functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education with a business, finance or accounting focus
- 2 years’ progressive experience in an accounting and/or Accounts Receivable department
- Strong understanding of receivables processes, collections, and customer account management
- Strong customer service focus and commitment to TPA Core Values
- Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred
