Analyst, Parking Development

TPA is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Analyst, Parking Development to support the delivery of parking technology projects across our On- and Off-Street parking portfolio.

Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts for parking systems, mobile apps, and backend platforms
• Conduct onsite testing of parking systems and validate functionality and ensure integration with mobile apps and backend systems
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and testing data, producing reports with actionable insights
• Support project management, including planning to closeout, scope, quality, timeliness, sustainability, risk, strategic impact, project results, documenting, and tracking of project progress, KPIs, and budgets
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and adoption
• Evaluate contractor, service provider, and stakeholder performance using KPI frameworks and quantitative analysis
• Analyze and synthesize monthly project data, including KPIs, progress metrics, and outstanding issues
• Complete other duties as assigned
