Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of previous experience in intake, quality assurance, auditing, as a Paralegal, legal secretary, in a legal assistant capacity, or in a related field
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day or evenings as part of a set schedule
- Proficiency in navigating multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong command of grammar and punctuation
- Ability to speak with individuals in a productive and professional manner, demonstrating empathy when necessary
- Strong attention to detail — Having the ability to catch errors and mistakes on case files
- Competence in addressing delicate subjects, such as sexual abuse, with professionalism and sensitivity
- Excellent typing skills and adeptness in note-taking
