Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Conditional license as a CFY by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board
- CCC, Certificate of Clinical Competence, from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Familiarity with the Ohio Education Code, Ohio Code of Regulations, and Office of Education schools' policies
- Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing
- Valid CPR and First Aid training certificate
- Clear a current background check through the FBI and BCI
- Auto insurance liability coverage (25/50k liability coverage)
- Ability to travel to more than one site on any given day
- Current TB Test
