Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Conditional license as a CFY by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Familiarity with Ohio Education Code, Ohio Code of Regulations, and Office of Education schools' policies, rules, and regulations
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- Valid CPR and First Aid training certificate
- Current background check through the FBI and BCI
- Auto insurance liability coverage (25/50k liability coverage)
- Ability to travel to multiple sites
- Current TB Test
