Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at Moab, a modern software platform for equipment dealers and rental businesses. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the voice of Moab to our customers, answering questions, untangling problems, and being the calm, competent face back to the customer.
Requirements
- Triage incoming tickets and respond quickly and clearly
- Investigate bugs end-to-end and prepare a clean handoff for engineering
- Track open bugs and pull timelines and ETAs from the engineering team
- Close the loop with customers and tell them what happened and what to expect next
