Support Analyst

Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative trading firm founded in 1998. We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our Business Support team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field and at least three years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Solving problems by providing level one and level two support while managing a rich suite of trading applications
• Proposing and executing automation efforts to keep the operational burden low and to enhance reliability
• Monitoring daily reports and run of scheduled jobs
• Monitoring and reporting on the status and health of our systems
• Serving as the primary technical contact for the whole trading team, engaging in direct communication with traders and developers
• Participating in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts
