Job Description
The Concierge Specialist provides clerical support, organizes and maintains resident, personnel, marketing, maintenance, and resource files, answers telephones, greets guests, and responds to residents' requests and assists in coordination of services to residents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
- Experience in general office procedures, computers; Windows, Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, Internet-based programs, Emailing, Scanning, and general office equipment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
