Requirements

• Must have at least 1-year experience originating VA, FHA, Conventional and VHDA loans
• Must have a proven sales record based on closed loan production
• Must have sources of referral business for purchase transactions
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have an awareness of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA and VHDA underwriting guidelines
• High degree of personal integrity
• Self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills
