We're looking for a Digital & Radio Content Leader who can drive the vision, performance, and growth of our brand across on-air, digital, social, and live experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will provide vision, leadership, and day-to-day management for one station brand, perform an engaging, entertaining daily on-air show, and write and publish original articles on the station website.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time radio experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building successful brands or teams
- Proven, measurable success in audience growth and digital content performance
