Job Description
Digital & Radio Content Leader for WFRG & WLZW, driving brand vision, performance, and growth across on-air, digital, social, and live experiences. Hands-on leadership role with responsibilities including on-air show, content creation, team management, and audience engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time radio experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building successful brands or teams
- Proven, measurable success in audience growth and digital content performance
