Job Description
U.S. Citizenship required and ability to qualify for a US Department of Defense security clearance. This is an on-site position at Toyon Research Corporation, seeking a Computational Multiphysics Engineer with expertise in numerical methods and mathematical simulation. The role focuses on designing and analyzing advanced antenna systems integrated into aerospace platforms, particularly within electromagnetic, thermal, and structural effects. Candidates should be proficient in Python, MATLAB, or C++ for simulation automation and data analysis.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant technical experience (thesis work included).
- Experience with computational electromagnetics methods (e.g., FDTD, FEM, MoM, UTD).
- Strong programming skills in Python, MATLAB, or C++.
- Experience in an HPC or parallel computing environment.
