We are seeking a hands-on, proactive IT Support Analyst to join our team, covering a broad range of responsibilities from software and hardware support to onboarding, asset tracking, and supporting IT-related building systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support or IT operations experience in a business or enterprise environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, hardware, and common business applications
- Familiarity with IT asset management and lifecycle management best practices
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, switches, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems
- Experience with virtual machine (VM) environments such as VMware or similar virtualization platforms
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems)
- Basic SQL knowledge and ability to perform simple queries for troubleshooting, reporting, or system data verification
- Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or logistics-related systems is a plus
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors
