Assistant Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a specialty retail farm and ranch store. They must deliver a Legendary Customer Experience, provide leadership and direction to the store team, and perform operational activities throughout the store.

Requirements

• Previous retail leadership experience
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately
