Job Description
This Grooming Salon Leader position focuses on leading and growing the grooming salon. Responsibilities include daily operations, staff training, customer service, and ensuring shop cleanliness and safety. The role requires a commitment to professional development, coaching, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and varied hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Comfortable working with dogs and cats.
- Ability to demonstrate patience and compassion for animals.
- Ability to perform all grooming SOP’s and grooming tools independently.
