Job Description
Grooming Salon Leader is responsible for leading the operations of a grooming salon, achieving business goals, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves managing daily salon operations, training staff, and ensuring a safe and positive environment for both customers and employees. It requires flexibility, adaptability, and a dedication to maintaining exceptional grooming standards.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Work scheduled shifts with varied hours and overtime as dictated by business needs
- Provide professional grooming services to dogs using established techniques
- Safe Pet Handling (inspecting animals for parasites and injury, sanitation protocols)
- Must be able to perform all grooming and salon duties safely and accurately without advance notice
