Merchandising Sales Associate

The Merchandising Sales Associate is responsible for executing 'start to finish' variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories, providing support for other tasks, and delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Work scheduled shifts Monday thru Thursday
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain visual merchandise standards
• Perform store specific measurements
• Complete store layout initiatives
• Perform accurate counts for store inventories, as well as cycle counts
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner
• Hang store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer
