Job Description
Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to perform tasks such as creating shop displays, providing customer service, and maintaining store appearance. The role requires a proactive individual who enjoys being part of a team and delivering a positive customer experience. They operate under a FAST team structure and must be able to work in a varied schedule and travel to store locations.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor
- Complete planograms and resets accurately
- Perform store specific measurements
- Complete store layout initiatives
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity
- Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service
- Ability to operate store equipment such as a dolly and cash register
- Ability to safely operate a forklift and baler
- Physical requirements: lifting up to 50 pounds, working in outdoor areas
