Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply and Petsense are seeking Merchandising Sales Associates to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks in a single store. These positions involve planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories, as well as supporting other tasks. The ideal candidate will provide Legendary Customer Service and uphold the Company's Safety Standards.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Perform accurate counts for store inventories, as well as cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Hang store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service.
