Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply and Petsense are seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to own and execute variable tasks, including merchandising, fixture assembly, signage maintenance, and customer service. This role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience and ensures a safe and productive work environment. This position offers a full-time or part-time opportunity within a fast-paced retail setting.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service.
• Greet the Customer.
• Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants.
• Recommend Product Solutions.
• Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Provide peak coverage as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
