Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) member is responsible for providing comprehensive support for variable tasks within stores, including planograms, merchandise assembly, fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. This role involves interacting with customers and ensuring a Legendary Customer Experience. The FAST Team Member will be available and flexible to meet business needs and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain visual merchandise standards.
- Perform store specific measurements.
- Complete store layout initiatives.
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.

- Greet the Customer.
- Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants.
- Recommend Product Solutions.
- Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
- Provide peak coverage as needed.
- Must be self-directed and have the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.
