Job Description
This Merchandising Sales Associate position at Tractor Supply involves taking on a ‘start to finish’ role within a given district, executing tasks like planogram creation, merchandising, fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role requires excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and hours. The FAST Team Member will work independently as part of a team and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Communicate proactively and regularly with the District FAST Supervisor.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately.
- Maintain visual merchandise standards.
- Perform store specific measurements.
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
