Job Description
Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking Merchandising Sales Associates to own and execute variable tasks in stores, including planograms, customer support, merchandise assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves excellent customer service and delivery of Legendary Customer Experience. The fast paced work environment will require flexibility, adaptability, and consistent attendance.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime.
- Communicate proactively with District Supervisors.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform store specific measurements.
- Complete store layout initiatives.
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
- Deliver on company promises of Legendary Customer Service.
- Work driving a vehicle
