Job Description
Tractor Supply is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to support the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a field location. This role involves planning shelves, merchandising, and providing excellent customer service by working with customers and team members, delivering exceptional Legendary Customer Experiences. It’s a chance to own and execute tasks to support the retail experience.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Experience with retail or merchandising is preferred
- Ability to travel and work varying hours
