Job Description
Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to support the Field Activity Team (FAST) Team. This role involves managing variable tasks like re-sizing product, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires adaptability, a commitment to team success, and a passion for delivering Legendary Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
- Ability to pass a valid driver’s license (or obtain one before the requirement)
- Valid high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
