Job Description
Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to travel to stores in a designated district to own and execute variable tasks, including merchandising, fixture assembly, signage maintenance, and customer service. This role involves interacting with customers and delivering a legendary customer experience, and the ideal candidate will be service-oriented, adaptable, and possess a passion for providing exceptional support. The FAST Team Member will also assist with daily operations.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor
- Complete store-specific measurements and cycle counts
- Deliver on customer expectations through GURA (Legendary Customer Service)
- Ability to operate store equipment (e.g., computer, cash register) and handle merchandise.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to store locations.
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
