Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team Member (FAST) team member is responsible for executing variable tasks at stores, including planograms, merchandise assembly, and signage maintenance. They interact with customers and Team Members, delivering excellent customer service. This role requires a service-oriented mindset and adaptability to variable shifts.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
- Ability to travel in personal vehicle.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate store equipment.
