Job Description
Tractor Supply and Petsense are seeking Merchandising Sales Associates to own and execute variable tasks in stores, including planograms and merchandise assembly. The FAST Team Member will provide customer service and maintain standards. This role focuses on delivering Legendary Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to accurately read, write, and count.
- Ability to travel, lift up to 2,000 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to operate store equipment and maintain safety standards.
