Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply is seeking Merchandising Sales Associates to work in a fast-paced field support team, responsible for executing variable tasks such as planograms, providing merchandise and fixture assembly support, and maintaining signage standards in stores. The role involves excellent customer service and contributes to the overall Legend experience.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store specific measurements.
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service.
