Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking a High Volume FAST Team Member to own and execute variable tasks in store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventory. This role involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining store standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, service-oriented, and willing to work a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Perform accurate counts for store inventories, as well as cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Hang store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA
• Working in a favorable environment, moderate noise.
• Ability to physically work around 50 pounds of merchandise.
