Job Description
Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking a High Volume FAST Team Member to work in a single store, supporting a variety of tasks from planograms and signage to inventory and fixtures. This role emphasizes a customer-focused and service-oriented approach with varying shift responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately.
- Maintain visual merchandise standards.
- Perform store specific measurements.
- Complete store layout initiatives.
- Perform accurate counts for store inventories.
- Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
- Complete store price changes accurately.
- Hang store signage.
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
