Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for executing 'start to finish' variable tasks in stores, including planograms, merchandise setup, and signage maintenance. This role requires excellent customer service skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work with varying schedules and overtime. They should deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to physically perform all required tasks (lifting, standing, etc.)
