Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team Member (FAST Team Member) provides support to store operations, including merchandising, fixture assembly, signage maintenance, and customer service. They are responsible for tasks like inventory, visual merchandising, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The FAST Team Member will travel between store locations in their vehicle.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
