Job Description
Tractor Supply is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to own and execute variable tasks within assigned districts, including planograms, fixture assembly, and merchandise maintenance. The role involves excellent customer service and delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The team is focused on making the customer's life better and a safe environment.
Requirements
- Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between store locations.
