Job Description
Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to travel to stores, manage variable tasks including merchandise assembly, fixture installation, signage maintenance, and exceptional customer service. The role requires a flexible and service-oriented individual with a passion for the supply industry. Team members will be expected to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience
- Ability to work scheduled shifts with varied hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Working and flexible
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal assistance
