Job Description
Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to travel to stores, execute variable tasks like planograms and fixtures, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves creating a great customer experience, fulfilling company standards, and adhering to company safety guidelines. This is a dynamic position requiring flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
